Ice Cube Crunching

Even though crunching ice cubes is a favorite thing for many, it can cause a tooth to break.  It can also chip away at the enamel of your teeth. If you have several fillings in your mouth, chewing ice cubes can be even more perilous.   We strongly recommend that chewing ice cubes be avoided completely.
