How often should you change your toothbrush?


You likely know you need to change your toothbrush every 3-4 months when you can see fraying, but did you know that you should also change it out after you are sick?

When you are sick and brush your teeth, the germs can hide in your toothbrush. If you don’t replace your toothbrush after you are sick, you could find yourself sick again, reinfected with the same illness.
